Initial experience was gained from variety of web maintenance contracts for small businesses in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.

• 2003 Development of search engine best practice theories and putting knowledge into practice. Webalert's 3Ws “Webalerting Websites Worldwide” concept born.
• 2002 WebAlert was established as a Sole Trader / Freelance Web Designer.
• 2001 Started open university retraining course as Web Designer / Developer.
